Our workshops ,meditation ,yoga ,and self-esteem activities help women build confidence , reconnect with themselves and develop tools for personal growth.
FAMILY &COMMUNITY ASSISTENCE
We support individuals and families facing difficult circumstances through food assistance , educational activities , community connection and referrals helpful resource
